Our Experience

Along the years we have successfully installed a vast range of hot fire simulators in different sectors and locations throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle-East:

  • Airports : from mobile units to wide bodied triple decked aircrafts, cabin crews fire training units
  • Maritime: damage repair units, ship fire simulators
  • Civil defence: fire houses, BA galleries, training towers, car fires
  • Industrial: oil tanks, split flanges, spill fires, multi storey industrial complexes

Team up with the best
Behind every simulator is a highly qualified and dedicated team of people, ensuring you get far more than a simulator. Those technical knowledge and experience are built into everything we do.

Birmingham International Airport

I would like to relay once again the appreciation of us all at Birmingham for the superb simulator.
I believe that the rig sis a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Simulation team and is a credit to you all. The whole project, which was delivered ahead of time, on budget and to our satisfaction was completed without fuss in a friendly cooperative way which made the whole exercise pleasurable (for both sides, I hope!).

I am sure the rig will generate a lot of interest and help Simulation to continue to grow and develop. The innovative design, attention to detail and the craftsmanship evident in the rig speaks volumes for the professionalism of your company. You should be justifiably proud of achievements! My colleagues and I would be only too pleased and proud to display our pride and joy to anyone interested. Please don’t hesitate if you want to arrange a visit for clients etc.
Once again a big thank you to all at Simulation for the hard work and effort you all put in to our rig.

Inverness Airport

Simulation were commissioned by us to design and build eight multi-purpose JET A1 fuelled Aircraft Simulators in the summer of 2001. These simulators were delivered over a two year period. They were supplied on time, to budget and to a superb quality. The simulators have now been in operational service for nearly four years and are used at our aerodromes an average of twice per week.

The simulators have been very reliable and there has been minimum expenditure on spares and remedial works.

We are very pleased with the quality of the product supplied by Simulation. The level of service provided by the management and staff at Simulations was of an exceptionally high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending Simulation to any other potential customers. In the near future we will be entering into negotiations with Simulation of the purchase of a ninth simulator of use at our Inverness airport.

If you wish to visit the facility then we would be pleased to invite you at any time to suit your convenience.

Copenhagen Airport

On behalf of the Airport Rescue and Fire fighting Service we wish to confirm that Simulation supplied a Boeing 767 Aircraft Fire Training Simulator to use here at our Category 9 Airport in Copenhagen.

The simulator was delivered to us in December 2002 on time and to budget. The simulator has now been in operational service for nearly 3 years. The simulator has been used on average twice per week during this period. We have a total of 16 external aviation fuel fire scenarios with the capacity within the original design to accommodate future internal LPG fire scenarios.

We are very pleased with the quality of the product supplied by Simulation.

We would have no hesitation in recommending them to any other potential customers.

If you wish to visit the facility then we would be pleased to invite you at any time.

In 2002 we contracted Simulation to design, supply and install a range of live fire training facilities to meet our objectives to provide training to the offshore Oil and Gas sector. The facilities are approved to OPITO standards.

Simulation enhanced the design by making provision for easy future expansion of the facility as well as commissioning a control system that ensured a very high level of reliability.

Simulation have provided a support by the provision of a planned preventative maintenance programme ensuring that our asset is looked after and available for training of our student on a daily basis.

To conclude we wish to remark that we found Simulation to be extremely diligent and professional with their approach to this project.

We are very pleased and satisfied with the service provided and would no hesitate in recommended them to other customers.
